This is a ridiculously powerful picture.
reblog this twice, to make sure you really see it.

This is so frustrating

The World That I Once Knew.
The world is different from the one that I once knew. Sometimes it feels like my eyes were closed throughout all this change around me and it was only now that I decided to open them. The world we live in is almost unrecognizable to the one I was so accustomed to during the days I was just beginning to learn how to talk and write.
I still remember when almost no one had a cell phone and texting seemed silly compared to talking on the phone. I remember when I would wake up early on a Saturday or rush home from school to watch my favourite cartoon instead of going straight to my computer knowing I can watch anything I wanted at any time. It’s funny to even to think about how heavily I relied on the radio and buying CDs to listen to my favourite songs when I’m spoiled by the many ways I can listen to any song I want almost immediately.
It wasn’t too long ago when the internet wasn’t that popular, where I would still flip through a dictionary or textbooks instead of using a search engine, and where status updates was me telling my family about my day when I came home. Sometimes I feel like an old man reminiscing of the past when I’m still in my youth where many changes are still to occur. The world is changing in such a rapid rate that I can’t help but wonder what it will all be like when I reach my end.
